Picture Insertion

Pictures can be inserted into the report during data entry and after the report has been generated and loaded into Microsoft Word. When a Condition box is checked during report data entry two buttons will appear, clicking the first button brings up the location screen and description of thre condition. Selecting the second box will bring up a screen for picture insertion. Click on the blank screen to locate where your pictures are being stored, then make your selection. All pictures inserted will appear under the condition in the report. Pictures can also be inserted after the report is generated and loaded into MS Word by placing the cursor in the desired location, then select 'Insert/Picture'.
