Load Checklist *

From the main menu click 'Reports' then select 'Create Checklist'. This will automatically create the checklist using the 'Titles', 'Sub-Titles', 'Observations', 'Conditions' and 'Ratings' in the program. It is suggested that once a suitable list is formulated save it for future reprinting.

If you edit the titles, observations, conditions, or ratings they are automatically changed in the checklist.
