Add/Remove Observations

If the observation you need is not shown in the selections, select the 'Add/Remove' button, and it will open the observation list window. You can add or delete to the list of existing observations by selecting the observation and appropriate direction arrow to add or remove. To add an entirely new observation to the list, use the 'Add New' button. When you are finished typing in the text then select 'Save'.

Note: Only 16 Observations can be installed for each heading. If some captions are too long to be read in the allotted space, click the right mouse button on the observation caption to bring up the full caption.
